Barista – Fine Dining Restaurant, Dubai (5 Vacancies)

We are looking for talented, passionate, and detail‑oriented Baristas to join one of Dubai’s leading fine dining restaurants. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation, and delivering warm, attentive service to every guest.

This role is ideal for individuals who have strong knowledge of specialty coffee, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, and take pride in consistency, creativity, and quality. You will collaborate closely with the service and bar teams to ensure every beverage complements the restaurant’s elevated dining experience.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare high‑quality coffee beverages, including espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, and specialty creations
  • Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station at all times
  • Manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bar supplies
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Support the service team during peak hours
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and fine dining service standards
  • Assist with menu development and seasonal beverage ideas
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders with care

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fine dining restaurant or specialty café in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
  • Excellent communication and guest‑service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Professional grooming and positive attitude
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Passion for coffee and continuous learning
