As a Barista / Waiter at Coop House, you will be the face of our guest experience—crafting exceptional beverages, delivering warm service, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys both the art of coffee and the energy of the dining floor.

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality specialty coffees, mocktails, mojitos, and other beverages
• Demonstrate strong latte art skills and consistency in drink presentation
• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold Coop House’s service standards and brand values

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and brewing methods
• Hands-on experience with mocktails, mojitos, and beverage preparation
• Proven latte art skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Must be currently in Dubai and available for a trial

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or Waiter (preferably both)
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage
• Professional grooming and a guest-first mindset
