Jamie’s Italian is looking for two skilled and energetic Baristas to join our growing team across our UAE locations. This role is ideal for coffee‑passionate professionals who enjoy working in a lively, guest‑focused environment and take pride in crafting high‑quality beverages with consistency and care. As a Barista, you will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience through warm service and exceptional product knowledge.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
  • Maintain strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage standards
  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Manage bar station cleanliness, stock levels, and daily preparation
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures at all times
  • Support the FOH team during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a café, casual dining, or high‑volume restaurant
  • Strong understanding of espresso‑based beverages and coffee equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and a guest‑first attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Professional appearance and a positive, energetic personality
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Immediate joiners preferred
