Barback – Noren Restaurant Dubai (Pre‑Opening)

Noren Restaurant is preparing to open soon in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, bringing a modern dining experience rooted in craftsmanship, precision, and warm hospitality. As we build our opening team, we are looking for a hardworking and energetic Barback to support our bartenders and ensure the bar operates smoothly during every service.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys fast‑paced environments, and wants to grow within a professional bar team.

🔥 Duties & Responsibilities

• Support bartenders with preparation, restocking, and organization throughout service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
• Refill ice, garnishes, glassware, and beverage supplies as needed.
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including opening and closing duties.
• Ensure all bar tools and equipment are clean, polished, and ready for use.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, storing products, and rotating inventory.
• Uphold Noren’s service and operational standards consistently.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barback or in a support role (preferred).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Physically able to lift, carry, and restock supplies.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the bar team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
