As a key part of our service team, you’ll be the face of the venue—welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring every moment at the table is seamless and enjoyable.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction & Service
  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with confidence and clarity
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
  • Serve dishes and drinks with attention to presentation and timing
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests
• Operational Excellence
  • Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and readiness
  • Ensure all service areas are stocked, organized, and hygienic
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle POS transactions and billing with accuracy
• Teamwork & Standards
  • Support colleagues during busy shifts and contribute to a positive team dynamic
  • Uphold brand standards in grooming, communication, and guest engagement
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
