Store manager - ZaraJob Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our ZARA team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proven track record in retail store management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team

  • Drive sales targets and maximize profitability

  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and shopping experience

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control

  • Implement and maintain operational and health & safety procedures

  • Report sales figures and KPIs to senior management

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience (preferably in fashion retail)

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
