Stewards and cleaners

Job Description:

Louzan Fashion Hospitality is looking for dedicated and hardworking Stewards & Cleaners to join our team. As a Steward & Cleaner, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and other public spaces. You will support the kitchen and service teams by ensuring that utensils, dishes, and work areas are kept spotless and ready for use. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking tools quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
• Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and cleaning products.
• Ensure trash and waste are disposed of properly and in a timely manner.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and public areas, ensuring they are always well-maintained.
• Support kitchen and service staff by keeping the work areas organized and clutter-free.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned, stored properly, and ready for use.
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety practices.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying items.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
