📝 Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness
• Assist in buffet setups, special events, and room service as needed
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary options
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B service within a hotel or restaurant setting (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of basic food safety and service etiquette
• Ready to join immediately (preferred)
