Role Overview

As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the bar, assisting bartenders with stocking, preparation, and cleanliness while ensuring a smooth workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a high-end, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with stocking, organizing, and replenishing bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Prepare garnishes, glassware, and essential bar tools for service.
• Support bartenders in handling orders, restocking ingredients, and managing inventory.
• Ensure efficient setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service.
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barback or in a similar support role within a high-end hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bar operations, hygiene standards, and beverage preparation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy stock items as required.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to assisting bartenders.
• Passion for hospitality, guest service, and beverage craftsmanship.
