Role Overview

As the HR Manager, you will lead talent acquisition, staff development, and workplace culture initiatives, ensuring a high-performance environment that reflects Tattu’s values, vision, and brand excellence. This role is ideal for hospitality-focused HR leaders who thrive in fast-paced, guest-centric workplaces and have a passion for shaping world-class teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all positions, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with UAE labor regulations.
• Support managers in workforce planning, training, and performance management to enhance team effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations, engagement initiatives, and career development programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Handle payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and workforce analytics in coordination with finance teams.
• Lead health, safety, and workplace well-being programs to ensure optimal working conditions.
• Maintain and enhance HR technology systems, ensuring smooth and effective processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management within the hospitality, luxury dining, or F&B sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional recruitment, talent development, and leadership coaching skills.
• Ability to develop strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in managing workforce challenges.
• Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
