Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a professional Spa Therapist to provide exceptional treatments and experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in a variety of spa therapies, with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service. The candidate must be currently based in the UAE and, preferably, available to join immediately.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist (minimum 1-2 years in a luxury or resort setting).

  • Knowledge of a wide range of massage and facial treatments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to create a calm and relaxing environment for guests.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a high level of service.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Must be based in the UAE and able to join immediately.

  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols in spa settings.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services.

  • Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area.

  • Ensure all guests are treated with the highest level of care and professionalism.

  • Provide clients with post-treatment advice for continued wellness.

  • Ensure that all equipment and products are maintained and used appropriately.

  • Uphold the spa’s health and safety standards at all times.
