This role is perfect for individuals who genuinely enjoy interacting with guests, thrive in a lively environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant — guiding guests through the menu, ensuring timely service, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations and uphold the high standards that Buffalo Wings & Rings is known for. 💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Upsell menu items and make informed recommendations when appropriate.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Support team members during peak hours to maintain efficiency.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a casual dining or high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for guest service.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
