We are hiring waiters to join EATX in Dubai. This role delivers exceptional front‑of‑house service across our restaurants and event spaces, ensuring guests enjoy memorable dining experiences while supporting a fast‑paced, team‑first environment.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar teams.
  • Serve food and beverages following company standards and timing expectations.
  • Maintain table readiness and dining area cleanliness throughout service.
  • Upsell menu items and daily specials in a natural, guest‑focused way.
  • Handle payments and close checks accurately using POS systems.
  • Support events and private functions as required, including setup and breakdown.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and report any incidents or maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Represent the brand with a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience: 1+ year in a waiter/server role at a busy restaurant, cafe, or hotel.
  • Language: Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills and a guest‑first mindset.
  • Technical: Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions.
  • Physical: Able to stand and walk for long shifts and carry trays safely.
  • Legal: Right to work in the UAE.
  • Personal qualities: Reliable, punctual, team player, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Preferred: Food safety certification or hospitality training; prior experience with high‑volume service or events.
