Duties & Responsibilities
Front Desk Agent (Russian Speaker)
- Welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and Dubai attractions to Russian-speaking guests
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate cashiering, billing, and guest records
Bellman
- Assist guests with luggage handling on arrival and departure
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain in-room facilities
- Deliver items such as messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and entrance area
- Support the Front Office team with general guest service needs
Bell Captain
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the bell team
- Ensure luggage handling and valet services meet brand standards
- Train and mentor junior bell staff
- Manage guest transportation arrangements and airport transfers
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests at the entrance and lobby
Doorman
- Greet and welcome all arriving and departing guests
- Assist with vehicle parking, valet coordination, and traffic flow at the entrance
- Open doors and assist guests with mobility needs
- Monitor the entrance area for safety and security
- Provide directions and basic information to guests and visitors
Telephone Operator (Russian Speaker)
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and promptly
- Handle wake-up calls, messages, and internal communications
- Provide information and assistance to Russian-speaking callers and guests
- Log and relay guest requests to the relevant departments
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all call handling
Bar Waiter/ess
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests at the bar and lounge
- Recommend drinks and menu items based on guest preferences
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Ensure compliance with licensing and responsible service of alcohol standards
Plant Room Operator
- Monitor and operate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plant room equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Record readings and maintain logs for HVAC, water, and power systems
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions or emergencies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Mason
- Perform repair and maintenance work on tiling, plastering, and masonry structures
- Carry out renovation and construction tasks across the property
- Inspect and repair walls, floors, and building structures
- Coordinate with the engineering team on maintenance schedules
- Maintain tools and work areas in a safe, organized condition
Guest Room A/C Technician
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units in guest rooms
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC-related guest complaints quickly
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks on cooling systems
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Ensure guest room comfort standards are consistently met
Chef De Partie (Arabic Cuisine)
- Prepare and present Arabic cuisine dishes according to recipe standards
- Supervise a section of the kitchen and guide junior kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards in the kitchen
- Manage stock levels and minimize wastage within the section
Requirements
Front Desk Agent (Russian Speaker)
- Previous experience in a similar Front Office role, preferably in a hotel
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
Bellman
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Good physical stamina for handling luggage
