Duties & Responsibilities
Cafe Manager
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance across all departments
- Monitor budgets, costs, and revenue targets to meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalated customer service issues
Cafe Supervisor
- Supervise front-of-house staff during shifts to ensure efficient service
- Support the Cafe Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Keeper on supplies
- Train and mentor junior team members on service standards
- Step in to resolve guest concerns and maintain a positive dining experience
Store Keeper
- Manage inventory levels for food, beverage, and operational supplies
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming deliveries against purchase orders
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts
- Coordinate with suppliers and kitchen/bar teams on replenishment needs
- Ensure proper storage conditions to minimize waste and spoilage
Waiter/Waitress
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering item questions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve orders promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle billing, payments, and guest requests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with table turnover
CDP (Chef de Partie)
- Prepare and cook menu items to Ritual Cafe’s quality and presentation standards
- Manage a specific kitchen section, ensuring smooth workflow during service
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency across orders
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in line with regulations
- Assist in inventory checks and communicate ingredient needs to the kitchen team
Head Barista
- Lead the barista team in preparing espresso-based drinks to Ritual Cafe’s standards
- Train and coach baristas on techniques, latte art, and beverage recipes
- Maintain and calibrate espresso machines and grinders for consistent quality
- Manage coffee and beverage stock, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Uphold cleanliness and workflow efficiency at the coffee bar
Barista
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to Ritual Cafe standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment safely
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the counter
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station
- Restock supplies and assist with basic inventory tracking
Requirements
Cafe Manager
- Proven experience as a Cafe/Restaurant Manager or similar role in F&B
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cafe operations, cost control, and staff management
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- UAE hospitality experience preferred
Cafe Supervisor
- Previous supervisory experience in a cafe or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Good understanding of service standards and guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Store Keeper
- Prior experience in inventory or store management, preferably in F&B
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Familiarity with stock management systems/software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and handle stock deliveries as needed
Waiter/Waitress
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role preferred

CDP (Chef de Partie)
