Duties & Responsibilities
Receptionist
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with FOH and management to ensure smooth guest flow
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area
Bartender
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of the bar area
- Follow standard recipes and portioning guidelines
- Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience
- Ensure compliance with licensing and responsible service of alcohol
Waiter / Waitress
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Deliver orders promptly and serve with attention to detail
- Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to guests
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain table cleanliness and proper table settings
Barback
- Restock bar supplies, glassware, and beverage ingredients
- Assist bartenders during peak service hours
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and storage areas
- Manage ice, garnishes, and beverage inventory
- Support efficient bar operations throughout service
Runner
- Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen/bar to tables
- Ensure order accuracy before delivery to guests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH staff
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed
- Support the overall flow of service during busy periods
Requirements
Receptionist
- Relevant experience in a professional restaurant/hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards

Bartender
- Proven bartending experience in a professional restaurant/hotel setting
