Jamie’s Italian is expanding its front‑of‑house team across two iconic UAE locations and is looking for five energetic, guest‑focused Waiters/Waitresses to join immediately. This role is perfect for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are passionate about delivering warm, memorable dining experiences inspired by Jamie Oliver’s globally loved brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Maintain strong menu knowledge to guide guests and upsell when appropriate
• Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and reset according to brand standards
• Support smooth coordination between the kitchen and service team
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism
• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures at all times
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a casual dining or high‑volume restaurant
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑first mindset
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Immediate joiners preferred
