We are expanding our team and seeking talented, service‑driven Waiters to join one of Dubai’s most reputable fine dining restaurants. As a key member of the front‑of‑house team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, strong product knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced, elegant environments and take pride in providing warm, personalized, and professional service. You will work closely with the floor team, kitchen, and management to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
• Present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations confidently
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service flow throughout the shift
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with care
• Coordinate effectively with runners, bar staff, and kitchen teams
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and fine dining service standards
• Support the team during peak hours to maintain smooth operations

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a fine dining restaurant in the UAE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional grooming and a positive, guest‑focused attitude
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality
