Waiter

Infini Concepts is looking for enthusiastic, service‑driven Waiters to join our vibrant Italian dining concept in Dubai. As a Waiter, you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering warm, attentive, and professional service that enhances every guest’s dining experience. You will guide guests through the menu, coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams, and ensure that every detail — from order accuracy to table presentation — reflects our commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy interacting with guests, and take pride in creating memorable moments. You will play a key role in maintaining service flow, managing guest requests, and upholding the high standards that define Infini Concepts. Applicants must be currently based in Dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or casual‑fine dining environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude, professional grooming, and passion for hospitality.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
• Basic POS knowledge is an advantage.
