You will play a vital role in supporting chefs, bartenders, and service staff during busy shifts and special events, ensuring that all equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for use. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal procedures
- Assist chefs with basic preparation tasks when required
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
- Support kitchen and service teams during peak hours
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
✅ Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward or similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to cleanliness
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days
- Valid UAE visa preferred
