As an essential part of our hospitality team, Stewards ensure the smooth functioning of the kitchen and service areas by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in behind‑the‑scenes excellence and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment. You will play a vital role in supporting chefs, bartenders, and service staff during busy shifts and special events, ensuring that all equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for use. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal procedures
- Assist chefs with basic preparation tasks when required
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
- Support kitchen and service teams during peak hours
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
✅ Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward or similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to cleanliness
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days
- Valid UAE visa preferred
