Stewarding Supervisor – Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, a Michelin Key-recognized all-inclusive luxury resort in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Stewarding Supervisor to lead its stewarding team. This role is central to keeping kitchen and back-of-house operations running smoothly, ensuring the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards across a resort with multiple dining outlets. As Stewarding Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily cleaning schedules, manage a team of stewards, and coordinate closely with culinary and F&B leadership to support seamless service. This role suits an experienced, organized hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of hygiene standards in a high-volume kitchen environment. Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations and cleaning schedules
• Ensure kitchen equipment and crockery meet hygiene standards
• Train and assign tasks to stewarding staff
• Manage chemical usage, stock, and equipment maintenance
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams on cleanliness needs

Requirements

• Prior stewarding/supervisory experience in a hotel or resort
• Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP standards
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Physically fit for a fast-paced back-of-house environment
