Steward Supervisor

Kapitol Social Dubai, an exciting new social gaming and lifestyle entertainment venue under Sunset Hospitality Group, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Steward Supervisor to join its pre‑opening team. In this role, you will oversee the stewarding department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas. You will manage stewarding staff, coordinate cleaning schedules, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensure all equipment is properly handled and maintained. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and understands the critical role stewarding plays in smooth kitchen operations. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding team to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Oversee dishwashing operations and proper handling of kitchen equipment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules with culinary and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Steward Supervisor or Senior Steward in a hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation procedures, and equipment handling.
• Ability to manage a team and work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
