💼 Role Overview
The Spa Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth coordination between treatments, guest bookings, and team performance. You’ll be the key point of contact for guests seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, and a mentor to your team in delivering exceptional service.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise spa operations including treatment scheduling, guest reception, and therapist coordination
- Ensure all spa services are delivered to brand standards with consistency, professionalism, and care
- Monitor inventory of spa products, linens, and supplies, and coordinate with purchasing for replenishment
- Maintain a clean, serene, and safe environment in all spa areas, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols
- Train and support spa therapists and receptionists, conducting regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa packages, seasonal offers, and wellness events
- Prepare daily reports on bookings, revenue, and team performance for management review
- Stay updated on wellness trends, new treatments, and product innovations to enhance the spa’s offerings
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a calm, confident leader who brings:
- 2–4 years of experience in spa or wellness center operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or wellness management is preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a guest-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Professional grooming, discretion, and a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Familiarity with spa booking systems and POS platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Passion for wellness, holistic care, and continuous improvement
