Server – Dubai & Middle East Branches

We are looking for warm, energetic, and guest‑focused Servers to join our expanding team across Dubai and the Middle East. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service, creating memorable guest experiences, and representing the brand with confidence and professionalism. As a Server, you will ensure smooth service flow, maintain high standards, and bring genuine hospitality to every table.

Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Service Excellence

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Handle guest feedback and minor complaints with courtesy and efficiency.

Operational Support

• Set up, organize, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Ensure tables, cutlery, glassware, and service stations meet brand standards.
• Support smooth coordination between FOH and BOH teams.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Sales & Upselling

• Promote daily specials, signature dishes, and beverage pairings.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash‑handling procedures.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and team initiatives.
• Support colleagues during peak hours to maintain service flow.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Server/Waiter in a reputable restaurant or hospitality brand.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest‑service mindset with a warm, professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Middle East experience preferred; Dubai experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
