Senior Bartender — Felicita Restaurant, Downtown Dubai

Felicita Restaurant, located at Address Skyview in Downtown Dubai, is seeking an experienced Senior Bartender to lead our bar program. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled mixologist who can craft standout cocktails, mentor junior bar staff, and help shape the overall guest beverage experience. As Senior Bartender, you will take ownership of drink quality, bar operations, and team performance, working closely with management to keep the bar running at a consistently high standard. This role suits a confident, creative bartender with a track record of leadership who is ready to make a real impact on a growing restaurant’s bar identity in one of Dubai’s most visited districts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the bar program by crafting and refining cocktail recipes, seasonal menus, and drink specials.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartenders and barbacks during shifts.
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination to control costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and speed of service across all beverages served.
• Handle guest concerns related to the bar experience and support management with operational decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience, including experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong mixology skills with the ability to create original cocktail menus.
• Proven leadership and training ability with junior bar staff.
• Experience with bar inventory management and cost control.
• Prior experience in Dubai or the wider UAE hospitality market is preferred.
