As a Station Captain, you will be a key player in maintaining service excellence, supporting your team, and representing the SUSHISAMBA spirit with confidence and professionalism.


💼 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the performance of your assigned service station.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain strong communication with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism.
  • Train and guide junior staff to uphold brand standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the station at all times.
  • Support management in achieving service quality and operational goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within premium or high‑volume dining.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest‑handling skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed during peak service periods.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
