Al Ittihad Private School is inviting qualified, passionate Science Teachers to join our Al Mamzar campus for the 2026–2027 academic year. Duties and responsibilities

• Instruction & curriculum delivery
  Teach science topics aligned with the school’s curriculum (Biology, Chemistry, General Science depending on grade level).
  Plan engaging, inquiry‑based lessons that promote critical thinking and real‑world application.
• Laboratory work & safety
  Design and supervise hands‑on experiments; ensure strict adherence to lab safety protocols.
  Maintain lab equipment, materials, and an organized learning environment.
• Assessment & reporting
  Develop formative and summative assessments; analyze results to guide instruction.
  Prepare progress reports and participate in parent‑teacher conferences.
• Differentiation & student support
  Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and provide targeted interventions.
  Support students’ academic and social‑emotional development.
• Co‑curricular involvement
  Contribute to science fairs, STEM clubs, competitions, and school events.
• Collaboration & professional growth
  Work with colleagues to align curriculum, share best practices, and participate in professional development.
  Uphold school policies, safeguarding standards, and pastoral responsibilities.

Requirements

• Qualification
  Bachelor’s degree in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Experience
  Minimum 2 years teaching experience in middle or high school science; international school experience is an advantage.
• Skills
  Strong subject knowledge across relevant disciplines.
  Ability to design inquiry‑based lessons and manage lab activities safely.
  Effective classroom management and communication skills.
  Proficiency with educational technology and digital tools.
• Attributes

  Culturally sensitive and collaborative.
• Compliance
  Valid UAE work authorization, clear background checks, and willingness to complete onboarding and safeguarding training.
