We are looking for energetic, reliable, and service‑driven Runners to join one of Dubai’s most reputable fine dining restaurants. As a Runner, you play a crucial role in maintaining the rhythm of the dining experience—ensuring dishes are delivered promptly, stations remain organized, and the service team is fully supported throughout each shift.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and take pride in efficiency and attention to detail. You will work closely with waitstaff, supervisors, and the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests quickly and accurately
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and according to fine dining standards
• Support waitstaff during peak service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and side stations
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
• Ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service protocols at all times

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Runner in a fine dining restaurant in the UAE
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to carry trays, plates, and equipment safely
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and professional appearance
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
