Receptionist (Male/Female) – Sacra Spa & Bath Club, Dubai

Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to launch a new era of luxury wellness in Dubai, inspired by authentic Banya traditions and elevated modern hospitality. As we build our pre‑opening team, we are seeking a warm, polished, and service‑driven Receptionist (Male/Female) to be the first point of contact for our guests.
This role is essential in shaping the guest journey — from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. The ideal candidate is someone who embodies professionalism, confidence, and genuine hospitality. You will manage reservations, guest inquiries, check‑ins, and coordination with spa and F&B teams, ensuring every interaction reflects Sacra’s commitment to excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and reservation requests professionally
  • Coordinate with spa therapists, attendants, and F&B teams for seamless service
  • Maintain accurate records, billing, and guest profiles in the system
  • Uphold brand standards in presentation, communication, and guest care

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Associate in luxury hotels, spas, wellness clubs, or premium hospitality
  • Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
  • Strong customer service skills and a polished, professional appearance
  • Experience with reservation systems or PMS is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and deliver exceptional service
  • Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
