Spa & Fitness Receptionist (Emiratis only) – The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, LXR Hotels & Resorts | Abu Dhabi Jobs
The Spa & Fitness Receptionist is the welcoming first contact for guests visiting the spa and fitness areas. This position is open to Emirati nationals only. During pre-opening you will help set up booking procedures, learn treatment and class offerings and prepare the reception to deliver calm, polished service. You will manage appointments, answer enquiries and help guests feel relaxed from the moment they arrive. As part of the pre-opening recreation and spa team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, LXR Hotels & Resorts, the Spa & Fitness Receptionist will help create a calm, restorative experience for guests. The hotel is hosting an invitation-only Recruitment Day, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted with an invitation to attend. Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in for spa treatments and fitness activities.
- Take bookings, manage the appointment schedule and answer enquiries by phone and in person.
- Explain treatments, facilities, prices and policies clearly to guests.
- Handle payments, room charges and records accurately.
- Keep the reception tidy and coordinate with therapists and fitness team members.
Requirements
- Emirati national (this position is open to Emiratis only).
- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Polished appearance and ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
