Receptionist – Noren Restaurant Dubai (Pre-Opening) | JLT

Noren, a new contemporary dining concept opening in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, is hiring a Receptionist to join its founding front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for every guest, you’ll set the tone for the entire dining experience — greeting arrivals warmly, managing reservations, and coordinating seating with the floor team. This role suits someone who is naturally welcoming, organized, and comfortable managing a busy front desk in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Joining as part of the opening team means helping establish reception routines and guest-service standards from day one, with the guidance and support of the wider management team. Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly as their first point of contact at Noren.
• Manage phone, email, and walk-in reservation requests accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate seating arrangements and guest flow with the floor team.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation-system entries.
• Support the wider front-of-house team during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a hospitality reception or guest-services role.
• Warm, professional manner with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Availability to join immediately or on short notice.
