Member Experience Executive – Wellfit Masaar
We’re hiring a Member Experience Executive to be one of the first friendly faces members meet at Wellfit Masaar. You’ll handle front-desk duties, check-ins, membership inquiries, and sign-ups, making sure every visitor and member feels welcomed and well looked after. This role is central to setting the tone of the club, so we’re looking for someone naturally warm, well-organized, and comfortable using membership management or POS systems. As part of the pre-opening team, you’ll help establish front-of-house processes and service standards that the rest of the club will follow. It’s a great fit for someone with previous customer service, hospitality, or front-desk experience who wants to grow within a fast-expanding fitness brand.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests, delivering a friendly and professional front-desk experience
- Handle check-ins, membership inquiries, and general member requests
- Support membership sign-ups, renewals, and administrative processes
- Address member questions and escalate issues to management when needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and club area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or front-desk role
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Comfortable using membership management or POS systems
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
