As a Junior Waiter, you will work closely with Senior Waiters, the Hostess, and the entire service team to ensure smooth operations throughout each shift. You will assist in preparing the dining area, delivering dishes, clearing tables, and supporting the flow of service. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our menu, understand our Mediterranean‑inspired concept, and develop the skills needed to grow into more advanced roles within the team.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up the dining area before service, ensuring tables, cutlery, and glassware are prepared to brand standards
• Support Senior Waiters in delivering food and beverages to guests
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Provide water service, bread service, and other basic guest support throughout the meal
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold grooming standards
• Ensure that all service stations are stocked, clean, and ready for use
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in explaining menu items when needed, after receiving proper training
• Handle guest requests with politeness and a positive attitude
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines

📌 Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage but not required
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for service
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable personality
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic understanding of service etiquette is a plus, but training will be provided
