Housekeeping Supervisor – Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, a Michelin Key-recognized all-inclusive luxury resort in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team across guest rooms and public areas. This role is key to maintaining the resort’s high cleanliness and presentation standards across 288 rooms and 12 villas. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll oversee room attendants and public area staff, conduct quality checks, manage schedules and inventory, and resolve guest housekeeping requests. This role suits an experienced, detail-oriented hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a background in hotel housekeeping. Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise room attendants and public area teams
• Conduct quality checks on guest rooms and public spaces
• Manage housekeeping schedules and inventory
• Train new staff on cleaning standards and procedures
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping issues

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel/resort
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Leadership and staff training ability
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards and chemical safety
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
