As Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE continues its exciting expansion, including the opening of our third branch, we are looking for elegant, confident, and guest‑focused Hostesses / Receptionists to join our front‑of‑house team. This role is perfect for individuals who naturally create a warm first impression and enjoy being at the center of guest interaction. As a Hostess/Receptionist, you will be the face of our restaurant — welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the dining experience. Your presence sets the tone for the entire visit, making professionalism, communication, and a positive attitude essential. 💼 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and provide accurate information.
  • Support overall guest satisfaction through attentive and proactive service.

✅ Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hostess/Receptionist in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and confident, friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
