Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira is looking for an elegant, welcoming, and service‑oriented Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, the Hostess plays a key role in creating memorable dining and nightlife experiences. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables or designated areas
• Manage reservations, guest lists, and seating arrangements efficiently
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere at the entrance of the venue
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and timely seating
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/hostess area
• Support promotional activities, themed nights, and special events
• Provide accurate information about menus, promotions, and venue offerings
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional hospitality at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a hotel, restaurant, or nightlife venue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a confident, welcoming demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late‑night shifts
• Knowledge of Dubai hospitality standards is an advantage
