Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a strong first impression
• Manage table reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
• Coordinate with servers and management to optimize floor flow during peak hours
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and waitlists with professionalism
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects the brand’s presentation standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hostess or front-of-house role, preferably in fine dining or upscale hospitality
• Russian language proficiency preferred
• Eastern European candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
