Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a strong first impression
- Manage table reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate with servers and management to optimize floor flow during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and waitlists with professionalism
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects the brand’s presentation standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hostess or front-of-house role, preferably in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Russian language proficiency preferred
- Eastern European candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
