We’re Hiring! – Hostess (2 Positions)

Jamie’s Italian – Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi & Dubai Mall, Dubai

Jamie’s Italian is looking for two professional, warm, and guest‑focused Hostesses to join our front‑of‑house team across our UAE locations. As the first point of contact for every guest, the Hostess plays a vital role in shaping the dining experience through genuine hospitality, polished communication, and seamless coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a lively, fast‑paced environment and enjoy creating memorable first impressions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
  • Manage reservations, walk‑ins, and seating arrangements using the venue’s reservation system
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow
  • Maintain an organized and efficient host stand at all times
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about the menu and venue
  • Escort guests to their tables and communicate special requests to the team
  • Support the FOH team during peak hours to maintain service excellence
  • Uphold Jamie’s Italian service standards and brand values

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hostess in a casual dining or high‑volume restaurant
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, guest‑oriented demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Immediate joiners preferred
