Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and with genuine warmth.

  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.

  • Communicate wait times effectively and ensure smooth seating flow.

  • Collaborate with the service team to enhance the guest experience.

  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and lobby area.

  • Uphold IHG brand standards and deliver memorable guest interactions.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred.

  • Friendly, confident, and professional communication style.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy hours.

  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus).

  • Presentable appearance and service-oriented mindset.

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
