Pera Palace is seeking an elegant, confident, and service‑driven Head Hostess to lead our front‑of‑house guest reception team. The ideal candidate will be the face of the restaurant—warm, organized, and skilled in managing guest flow while ensuring a seamless dining experience. As a Head Hostess, you will oversee reservations, coordinate seating, support guest inquiries, and maintain a polished and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to remain composed in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment. Russian-speaking candidates are preferred due to our diverse guest profile.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check‑ins with professionalism
• Oversee reservation systems and coordinate seating plans
• Lead and guide the hostess team to ensure smooth front‑of‑house operations
• Communicate effectively with service and management teams
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and VIP arrangements
• Maintain a polished reception area aligned with brand standards
• Support overall guest satisfaction through proactive service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or Head Hostess in a high‑end restaurant or hotel
• Russian language proficiency (preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest‑service skills
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence
