Head Bartender preopening

Topgolf Abu Dhabi is entering an exciting pre‑opening phase, and we are seeking an experienced and creative Head Bartender to lead our bar operations from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a world‑class entertainment venue before doors open, allowing you to shape the beverage program, establish service standards, and build a high‑performing bar team. As a Head Bartender, you will oversee all aspects of bar preparation, menu development, inventory planning, and team training, ensuring the bar is fully ready for a successful launch. We are looking for a passionate mixologist with strong leadership skills, exceptional product knowledge, and the ability to deliver memorable guest experiences. Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑opening setup of the bar, including equipment, stock, and operational readiness
• Develop beverage menus, recipes, and presentation standards
• Train, mentor, and supervise bartenders and barbacks
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation
• Ensure consistent beverage quality, guest engagement, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Minimum 3–4 years of bartending experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Pre‑opening experience is a strong advantage
• Advanced knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixology techniques, and bar operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑development skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
