Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Head Barista to lead our team at Fynd Cafe. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of coffee preparation, quality, and customer service. You will also manage a team of baristas, train new staff, and assist with the development of new coffee offerings. As the Head Barista, your leadership will help create a positive, productive, and professional environment for both staff and customers.

Position: Head Barista

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring the highest quality of specialty coffee is prepared and served.
• Lead, train, and mentor the barista team to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operational flow and maintain inventory of coffee supplies and equipment.
• Develop new coffee offerings, seasonal specials, and maintain knowledge of the latest trends in the specialty coffee industry.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, and the coffee bar is always clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment while setting the standard for professionalism, customer care, and product knowledge.
• Monitor and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in specialty coffee, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as a Senior Barista or Head Barista.
• Extensive knowledge of specialty coffee, including advanced brewing techniques, espresso-based drinks, and equipment maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and strong morale.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for coffee, continuous learning, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
