The Front Office Associate (Arabic Speaker) serves as a key representative of VOGO Grand Hotel & KSK Homes Dubai, ensuring smooth guest interactions and delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for a warm, confident, and multilingual professional who can support both Arabic‑speaking and international guests with ease.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and room allocations
  • Assist Arabic‑speaking guests with communication, inquiries, and service needs
  • Handle reservations, confirmations, and modifications accurately
  • Process payments and maintain organized billing records
  • Respond to guest questions with professionalism and hospitality
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for seamless operations
  • Maintain front desk presentation and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Front Office or customer service roles preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional grooming and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
