Food Runner – Villa Mamas by Chef Roaya Saaleh (Saudi Arabia)

Villa Mamas by Chef Roaya Saaleh is seeking an energetic, attentive, and service‑driven Food Runner to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential to ensuring that every guest receives their meal promptly, accurately, and beautifully presented. As a Food Runner, you will act as the bridge between the kitchen and the dining room, supporting our servers and maintaining the smooth flow of service. We are looking for someone who is fast on their feet, passionate about hospitality, and committed to upholding the warm, home‑inspired dining experience that defines Villa Mamas. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
  • Ensure dishes are presented according to Villa Mamas standards
  • Assist servers with table service, clearing, and resetting
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
  • Support the flow of service during busy periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
  • Handle guest requests courteously and professionally
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a guest‑first mindset
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic English required; Arabic is a plus
