Waiter – Villa Mamas by Chef Roaya Saaleh (Saudi Arabia)

Villa Mamas by Chef Roaya Saaleh is looking for a warm, attentive, and service‑driven Waiter to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our front‑of‑house staff, you will help deliver the heartfelt hospitality and home‑inspired dining experience that defines Villa Mamas. We are seeking someone who takes pride in guest service, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, detail‑oriented, and committed to ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu
  • Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
  • Ensure tables are set, clean, and well‑maintained throughout service
  • Provide recommendations and answer guest questions with confidence
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure satisfaction
  • Process payments when required and follow service protocols
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and Villa Mamas service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter or in a guest‑facing hospitality role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and a positive, guest‑first attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
