🔹 Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and service-driven Food and Beverage Captain to lead and support the daily operations of our restaurant and dining outlets. The ideal candidate will act as a team leader, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service and that F&B operations run smoothly in line with hotel standards.

🛎️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B service staff during shifts.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.

  • Train and motivate service staff, ensuring adherence to service protocols and grooming standards.

  • Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and presentation of food and beverages.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and drink delivery.

  • Assist with inventory control and ordering of supplies.

  • Support the F&B Manager in day-to-day operational needs and team scheduling.

✅ Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a captain, head waiter, or senior F&B service staff in a 4 or 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service techniques.

  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
