As part of our exclusive pre‑opening team, we are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Demi Chef de Partie – Prep who will support the kitchen’s foundational operations and ensure seamless readiness for service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, stocks, and mise en place according to recipes and standards
• Ensure all prep items are properly labeled, stored, and rotated following HACCP guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the prep section at all times
• Support chefs during service by replenishing ingredients and ensuring smooth workflow
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries to maintain freshness and quality

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Prep Cook, Commis Chef, or Demi CDP in luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
• Strong knife skills, ingredient knowledge, and understanding of kitchen fundamentals
• Ability to work efficiently, follow recipes precisely, and maintain consistency
• Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
• Professional grooming, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
