Demi Chef de Partie – Prep | Sacra Spa & Bath Club, Dubai

Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to launch a new era of luxury wellness and elevated dining in Dubai. Inspired by authentic Banya traditions and refined hospitality, Sacra blends holistic wellbeing with exceptional culinary craftsmanship. As part of our exclusive pre‑opening team, we are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Demi Chef de Partie – Prep who will support the kitchen’s foundational operations and ensure seamless readiness for service.
This role is ideal for a passionate culinary professional who excels in organization, precision, and consistency. You will work closely with senior chefs to prepare ingredients, maintain mise en place, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, stocks, and mise en place according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure all prep items are properly labeled, stored, and rotated following HACCP guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the prep section at all times
  • Support chefs during service by replenishing ingredients and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries to maintain freshness and quality

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Prep Cook, Commis Chef, or Demi CDP in luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
  • Strong knife skills, ingredient knowledge, and understanding of kitchen fundamentals
  • Ability to work efficiently, follow recipes precisely, and maintain consistency
  • Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
  • Professional grooming, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
